I learned a little bit about Victorian tea time. It was actually begun by a lady-in-waiting named Anna. How ironic. My Anna doesn't like tea time, but these recipes sure look delicious! Especially the scones with lemon curd and clotted cream. You can read the article here. There is also a good website from ElegantWoman about tea party etiquette. Very informing if you want to toss a nice tea party. I've just realized that this post seems to have nothing to do with my story. I am planning on posting the next section of my writing here in a few, though I still don't think it covers this portion. Patience!
